Evergreen Hospice Care, L.L.C., is a not-for-profit hospice serving Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Douglas, and Franklin Counties in Kansas. We offer specialized care based on the goals of our patients, their family, and their caregivers. We partner with you and all those who care for you. All of our team (employees and volunteers) receive ongoing, specialized training in their particular fields in addition to their current professional credentials, certifications, and education.
